Myspace Template Hosting FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. If I purchase a layout, when will I receive my files?

A. Due to fraudelent credit card activity, we are no longer allowing immediate downloads as all orders are now being manually reviewed. Once approved, the files will be sent to your e-mail address within 24-72 hrs.


Q. Where can I store my files?

- If you have your own website you can upload the files into your server and then link to the images.
- If you don't have your own server, we recommend that you store your files at: FileDen.com (It's FREE! Just remember to access your account every thirty days so your account is not deleted.)



Q. Can I get a refund if I don't use the layout?

A. If you sign up to either purchase a layout OR monthly myspace template hosting and you receive the files but don't use them, you will not get a refund! We provided you with what you purchased, and we do do issue refunds should you decide not to use these files.



Q. I pasted my code but my images are not appearing!

A. Before your code is sent to you, a Representative will manually test it on our myspace test site to make sure it is in 100% working order.

IF YOU HAVE NOT CHOSEN TO HOST YOUR IMAGES WITH US, to make the code operable, you will be responsible for finding a place to store your image files AND you will need to adjust the html to reflect the site where your files are for this layout. When you get the code it will not "automatically work" unless these adjustments have been made.



Q. Can I remove the credit?

A. Credits noted on sets, intros, images, etc. are not to be removed unless you have submitted the $25 credit removal fee for that one item. If this is a service you need, submit your request by contacting admin @ lastdaywarriors.com.
